How to Get Up, Stay Up, Excel by H Aitoro

From the first few lines How to Get Up Stay Excel is motivating you through its persuasive tone, unique quotes, inspiring anecdotes and powerful life changing exercises to do one thing to do more and better in your day, week, month or life.

Everything in this book is about moving beyond your self-imposed beliefs and limitations. This book challenges you psychologically, spiritually, physically, socially and even financially. It is well written and highly persuasive.

I found myself bouncing out of bed in the morning after reading it the night before. I like the chapters on excuses, instant gratification and why people with less talent achieve more than those with more talent.

It was as if the author wrote them just for me. I am inspired and feel emotional charged after reading it. I am planing to do a lot more interesting things with my short life. How to Get Up, Stay Up, Excel is a great pick up for those needed inspiration.

I loved this book. I made some deep changes in my life thanks to this book. It was given to me by a friend who raved on about how great it was. I have to say its worth the read. It offers some great wisdom for people who need to get out of the rut.

I have read the book and I have to say it is one of the best self help/ motivational books I have ever read. I love the way the author writes, it is as if he is talking directly to you which I have never experienced before in this genre.

I have to say I loved the chapter on fears, love and the power of language. I have to say the stuff actually works. I took the authors advice and now I have a much better relationship with my wife. We have set up a new business that I have dreamed of doing but have been too scared to start. I feel far more positive and open. Brilliant!
