Where Is It From? Meaning of Adamite

The meaning of the name Adamite relates to it being named after a French mineralogist called GJ Adam.

These stones occur as fan shaped crystals, as tabular crystals or as a druzy coating on other rocks.

Their color is commonly a bright lemon yellow but are also known to be a darker yellow, light green, bluish green, brown, white or colorless.

They are found in Namibia, Australia, England, France, Germany,  Greece, Mexico, Chile and the United States.

Please note that these are zinc and arsenic based stones, so please take care when using them.

If you choose to use them, you need to handle them safely and avoid contact with your bare skin to ensure your continued health and safety.

So note: the best way to utilize their energy is to keep them in a sealed container, placed in a cabinet close to where you spend time, so that their energy can assist you without being touched.
